SRI has provided Project Management, Consulting, Design, Technical, Testing and Expert Witness services to Attorneys, Design Professionals, Government Agencies, and others since 1984.
Our Founder
Our founder started fixing roofs at 16 and opened SRI in 1984. Since then he has conducted many seminars for Design Professionals, Real Estate and Property management firms and others on “How to repair buildings correctly.” He became known as ”The Building Doctor” and wrote a monthly column in a trade journal as such.
Mr. Lynn has been sought out by national firms to save other contractors from bankruptcy, return them to profitability or prepare them for expansion.
